The objective of this initiative is to develop and implement programs that recognize the contributions which individuals and organizations are making to enhance the progress of society. The Forum has established the Julia Compton Moore Awards as the Public Service Initiative’s Cornerstone Program. This recognition is presented to the civilian spouse of a U.S. Army soldier for their contributions to the health and welfare of the Army Family.

In addition to our Cornerstone Program, the Forum has produced events within its Partnership for Peace Program in collaboration with other nations, including Israel, Lithuania, Ireland, and England.
